Article Review Process:
All articles received will be submitted for peer review in a double-blind process. The journal employs two tiers review process. Each article will be assigned a number; author's name will not be used in order to assure anonymity of authorship. The article then is assigned to two reviewers who are members of the journal's Board of Editors for Scientific Standards and Peer Review. Each reviewer will read, score, make suggestions to author, and make recommendation to the Chief Editor whether the article could proceed to the inclusion in the next issue for publication. The entire review process should be completed within two weeks. The author will be informed of the review process and its outcome by email.

Phase-1: At this phase of the review, the article is checked for form, content, language, style, completeness, subject matter, and methodological rigorousness. At this phase, we look for the following indicators:
   1. Abstract is descriptive of the paper

2. Novel and important information
   3. Relevance to body of knowledge

4. Accuracy and evidence-based

5. Quality reference in APA style

6. Clear, concise and logical writing

7. Proper structure, content and format

8. Bias or ethical concerns

9. Need further explanation

10. Need to delete some areas

Phase 2: At this phase of the review, the article will be assigned an anonymous reviewers. The reviewing process may be read by two different reviewers if the articles contains contentious points, but present interests to the Journal. For example, if the article present new and innovative methodology or theory that has not yet be tested. In such a case, the disagreement of one reader does not foreclose a consideration for publication. We will communicate with the author(s) and re-assign another reader for the second round. Controversial issues may repeat the process with up to 3 readers before the final decision is made. We respect and honor the efforts of the author and co-authors and would work continuously with them in every step of the peer review and editorial process. We value each author and his/her work product.

    1. Abstract

    2. Introduction

    3. Methodology

5. Discussion

6. Conclusion

7. References

    10. Review's comment & recommendation

After the completion of Phase-2, the reviewers make recommendations to the Journal according to the scoring standard shown below. The peer review score card may be obtained at this share-point: PEER REVIEW SCORE CARD.
