On the one hand, the non-paid service that members of the board of editors provide eliminates the prospect of conflict of interests or any type of monetary benefits that would lessen scientific objectivity in the decision making process for scientific publication. On the other hand, the voluntary service of board members provides personal and professional satisfaction for having contributed or work towards positive contribution in the field through publication and dissemination of knowledge through IJRMSS. To these ends, we always welcome additional members who wish to contribute to the advancement of social science through research and publication.
